User Agreement

1. About the Platform

This Platform provides online services for digital asset transactions and related functionalities (collectively referred to as "Services"). The Platform operator is referred to as "we", "us", or "our". Any person or entity using or visiting the Platform is referred to as "you" or "user". Together, you and the Platform are referred to as "the parties".

This Agreement includes the Privacy Policy, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Policy, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, and other rules and announcements that may be issued or updated from time to time.

In case of any discrepancy between the multilingual versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

2. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge the following:

1. Digital assets are not issued or backed by any government, central bank, or financial institution.
2. The digital asset market is volatile, speculative, and may experience drastic price fluctuations.
3. Transactions are not suitable for all investors; users may suffer partial or total loss of funds.
4. You are solely responsible for your decisions and investment outcomes. Seek independent financial advice if needed.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Only use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Ensure that all digital assets used are legally obtained.
3. Bear full responsibility for account activities, including safeguarding your login credentials.
4. Avoid any form of market manipulation, fraud, or illegal use of the Platform.
5. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration and identity verification information.

4. Platform Rights

The Platform reserves the right to:

1. Modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
2. Freeze, suspend, or close accounts involved in illegal or suspicious activities.
3. Reject registration or terminate user accounts that breach this Agreement.
4. Request additional documentation for regulatory compliance or merchant verification.
5. Remove content or user access if found non-compliant with laws or Platform rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and data on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Indemnification & Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law.

The Platform shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure
• Inaccurate or outdated market data
• Failures due to system errors, network failures, or malicious attacks

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. The Platform reserves the right to terminate your account and services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Affiliates

The Platform may offer affiliate programs under separate terms. Affiliates must comply with all promotional guidelines. Violations such as misleading claims, trademark abuse, or impersonation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any term is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain effective.
• No Agency: This Agreement does not create any partnership, agency, or joint venture.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; the Platform may transfer its obligations with notice.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by applicable local laws and regulations.
• Amendments: The Platform may revise this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform.
